Refunds
We do not offer refunds for any products purchased on our website, unless the product is damaged or defective upon receipt. In the event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receipt of the product.
In order to receive a refund for a damaged or defective product, you must provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect. Our customer service team will review your claim and determine if a refund is warranted.
Shipping
We are not responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning a product for a refund. You are responsible for all shipping costs, as well as any customs duties, taxes, or other fees associated with returning the product.
Please note that in some cases, your country’s customs department may impose additional customs duties, taxes, or other fees on your shipment. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices. In addition, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen products during the shipping process.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for any products purchased on our website. If you wish to exchange a product for a different product, you must return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
Exceptions
In the event that we determine, in our sole discretion, that a refund is warranted for a product that is not damaged or defective, we may provide a refund, less a restocking fee of 50% of the purchase price.
In addition, we reserve the right to refuse any refund request for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Products that have been opened or used
- Products that have been tampered with or altered in any way
- Products that have been damaged due to customer misuse or negligence
- Products that are not returned in their original packaging
